Potential Clubs must be evaluated before receiving admittance into Bert Bell. Members of the Recruitment Committee will need a bio of the organizations history, its annual budget, the number of children it services, records and level of competition of teams, citations and letter of reference and testimony, board of directors contact list, schedule of games, pre-scheduled club team and parents meetings. We also need to schedule members of our Recruitment Committee to come out and do a field survey with one of your board of directors. If selected, your organization will not have voting rights for one year and be on probation for two, with Bert Bell reserving the rights to extend the probation for the third year. Your organization will have to remain in good standings with Bert Bell for the duration of its probation or immediate termination of membership will take place.
